Yoga for Pregnancy

 The Mai Ram Yoga Basic for the pregnant is the system of five classes which consists of asana and pranayama practices intended for pregnant women.

The purpose of the M.R.Y. Basic practices for pregnant women is to help future mother to retain health, prepare for childbirth, concentrate inner peace and maintain harmony with the environment and the baby. 


 Aurelija is a teacher of the morning and evening yoga practices.


The morning yoga practices take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

10.30 a.m. – 12.00 p.m.

 (Duration of the yoga practice: 1 hour 30 min.)


The evening yoga practices take place on Mondays and Wednesdays. 

17.30 – 19.00 p.m.
 (Duration of the yoga practice: 1 hour 30 min.)
