Mai Ram Yoga Kids is a methodology designed for MRY practitioners who wish to become children’s yoga teachers.
The “Mai Ram Yoga Kids” program is based on classical Mai Ram Yoga practices adapted for children aged 6–12.
The main goal of the program is to support children’s physical health, emotional balance, and cognitive development in a holistic way. The program includes asana practice, games, meditation, and mindfulness techniques that provide children with lifelong tools for a healthy lifestyle and resilience. Classes are engaging and dynamic to maintain children’s attention and interest.
Participants who complete the course and pass both theoretical and practical exams will receive the MAI RAM INTERNATIONAL YOGA ASSOCIATION MRY Kids level certificate, which grants the right to lead children’s yoga classes.
Together with the certificate, each teacher receives:
- MRY Kids methodology (teacher’s manual and video materials);
- MRY Kids tools package;
- Clothing with the MRY Kids logo.
The training lasts three days from 9:30 to 15:00 (20 academic hours). The fourth day is dedicated to the exam.

Registration is open until July 1, 2026.
Participants are registered upon completing the registration form, paying a 150 EUR deposit, and familiarizing themselves with the MRIY Association regulations and Code of Ethics.
